1. Definitions
Services means consulting sessions, legal document templates, and related offerings. Info Products are digital guides, courses, and e-books. Goods are physical items sold via our site.

These terms apply to all users accessing LexOrify.
3. Services
Services are provided upon payment of the applicable fee. We strive to deliver quality sessions and materials in a timely manner.
4. Info Products
Info Products are delivered digitally and accessible upon purchase.
5. Goods
Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
6.1 Services
Fees for services are due in advance. Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session qualify for a full refund, processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Cancellations within 48 hours may be eligible for credit toward future services. To transfer a service booking to another date, please contact us at contact.html.
6.2 Info Products
Digital materials may be accessed immediately after purchase. Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed, will be approved. Refunds are processed within 10 days to the original payment method.
6.3 Goods
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
7. No-Refund Services
The Advanced Bespoke Drafting Service is non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of specialized expert resources upon order. By selecting this service, you agree to its non-refundable nature.
8. Transfer of Service
Service bookings may be rescheduled or transferred to another individual with at least 48 hours notice via contact.html. One complimentary change is allowed per booking.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexOrify’s liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant service, product, or good.
